Payment of a Deposit, by Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, Direct Deposit or any other means, indicates your acceptance of the terms of the Cancellation Policy set out below, and as enforced by Marina Terraces Holiday Apartments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit paid, less a 10% handling fee.
Cancellations 30 – 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee of total cost of Accommodation.
Cancellations 14 – 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of total cost of Accommodation.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee of total cost of Accommodation.
No refund will be paid for early departure.
(These monies may be refunded, less a 10% handling fee, if accommodation is able to be resold.)
